Apart from the hardware support for the number of cores, if you are using Pharlap for running LabVIEW Real-Time, then you are currently limited to using 32 cores (It is the OS limitation). If you are running LabVIEW on any Windows OS, then the limit is the number of cores the version of the Windows supports.
