Marco, I didn't think this would work at all, but I found a case constant in my code and removed it and that cleared things up right away. Kudos.
It would seem that during the build, when LabVIEW removes the code in the unexecuted cases, there are nevertheless still references to the code in the case structure. These lingering references are what break things and cause trouble... just my own ignorant musings...
Seems like the OP's issue was LV release dependent...
