NI doesn't have a driver so check with BK. If they don't have one, the instrument driver wizard should get you started. A DMM is pretty basic and it uses SCPI so other DMM's such as the 34401 can serve as a model.

Please check with BK. Here is a listing of all the BK drivers on IDNET. I didn't find the 5491B.
