I tried to take input from Analog channel but its not compatible with Boolean Crossing.

have you ever considered to create a boolean value from a DBL one by using a comparison function?

Or have you ever considered to use a digital input when your voltages obey TTL logic voltage levels?

Sorry I never tried this things , I told you i am  a beginner ,  just before few days back i started labVIEW before that , i don't know what was labview .

Both suggestions aren't specific to LabVIEW, they are either basic measurement or basic programming concepts…
