Application Builder Missing when upgraded to version 7.1

Hi everyone,

After upgrading to Labview version 7.1 my Application builder is now missing. When I install the old application builder again it tells me that it's already installed. What can I do to correct this problem?        Thanks!

I forgot to mention that I had version 7.0 previosly and the application builder did work.

Unless you have the Professional version, the upgrade to 7.1 does not automatically come with the app builder. You have to specifically request an upgrade to that as well. I believe it's free. Go back to the upgrade advisor and you should be able to select just the app builder.

I believe all would have worked through the online tools if you had asked for App. Builder when you ordered the LabVIEW Full upgrade, but I suspect you will have to call in to get this done now. I don't think the software will let you order the free upgrade without also ordering Full, which you obviously don't want to do again.

 You have to buy the application builder software upgrade seperate for V 7.1 .  I bought the Base Labview version first , then upgraded to the Full Development System V7.1 of which neither had the application builder included . It was around a grand for  the Labview application builder upgrade for Windows xp ,nt,2000 in 3rd qtr 2005. J.
