There is no way to tell from an image of a block diagram, especially with the Express VIs where the configuration is not shown.
Does one of the Express VIs generate a shorter output array than its input array?
Do you get different numbers of peaks form the peak detectors? There is certainly no guarantee that the calculated thresholds and default widths will find the same numbers of peaks. Depending on the types of ECG waveforms and the amount of noise, I would be surprised if both found the same numbers of peaks. Check the sizes of the Locations arrays.
