If I start LabVIEW 2012 SP1 f5, and open a given VI, I get the dreaded "An input parameter is invalid..." with a subwarning of "An error occurred loading VI 'NI__ALLPro.lvlib:Unique Number and Multiplicity (DBL).vi". LabVIEW load error code 17: Could not load VI's link information.
Clicking OK the file loads fine. i.e. not broken, no further errors, just some warnings about a dependency path that changed for one of our .ctl files.
If I open another VI that contains the VI above, no error whatsoever...
This is not when running any VI, just opening a VI from the file system with LV development.
