Aftermarket Controls?

Hi All,
I was looking for some good aftermarket controls that I can use in my VI's (.ctl). Does anyone know of any good ones that they can recommend? Somthing spiffy and splashy. I remember seeing one for flight simulation. Possibly people might know ones for different fields? Chemical Engineering? Flight Simulation? Power Managment? Battery Status?  So on.... I have played with making my own but they never look as good. I would like ones with different action, fill options and stuff. Hope you can help.
