Adding minus(-) as a enum item name

Solved!
Go to solution

I am using LAbVIEW 2014 version. When I try to add minus(-) as a Enum item name it is displaying a straight line instead as shown in the attachment.

Currently, I am using a space before minus ( -) as a work around.

That is by design (Editing Items in Ring Controls and Enumerated Type Controls).  I would just stick with adding the space as a work around.

You can use an en or em dash in place of the minus.

Use ALT+0150 or ALT+0151 when editing the  items list.
