Solved!

Hi,

Is there a way to add an axis label for the graph in a word report? Thanks!

I would guess that there is, but it would be a word automation function.

Hi Tom,

This white paper describes the capabilities of Windows Automation. You should be able to perform this task.

Creating and Customizing Graphs in Microsoft Word Documents from LabVIEW

You can also find some examples in LabVIEW that show how to create and modify graphs in Word using LabVIEW.

Warm Regards,

It sure isn't very intuitive to use Word Set Graph Font vi to set the scale label.

Use xlCategory and the title input to set the x scale label and use xlValue and the title input to set the y scale label.

It would have been nice and easy to add an input to set the text orientation (just by adding an argument to the axis title property node).

Thanks all for reply!

I am sure automation function will work but I tried to use Word Set Graph Font vi as Ben suggested. It adds the axis label for both x and y axis. The only problem is that I can't rotate the y axis label.
