This is the correct Forum to ask this question. You should not "double-post" the same question in the LabVIEW Best Practices area (in my humble opinion).
Could you please explain a bit more (feel free to use Excel terminology, maybe even show us the "filter" you would like to use) what you want to do? I'm not sure, with Excel open in front of me, that I completely understand what it is you want to do with "a specific cell".
