This copyright notice is in accordance with the National Instruments Software License Agreement or do I specify the run-time engine [year] and the drivers (NI-488 x.x.x, NI-Serial x.x and NI-VISA x.x)?

The drivers can change at any time so they would not be listed. The run time and development are the same version number and copyright.

Just another question.

This software is in LabVIEW 2009.  I presume, I will have to write:

"Developed in LabVIEW, Copyright © 2009 National Instrument Corporation.  All Rights Reserved."

instead of

"Developed in LabVIEW, Copyright © 2013 National Instrument Corporation.  All Rights Reserved."?

I don't have the license agreement handy but I thought the exact text was in there. I would probably use 2009.

I think the exact text pretty much says NI owns your whole application.

The software license agreement is found here:

http://www.ni.com/pdf/legal/us/software_license_agreement.pdf

If you Ctrl+f search for "application deployment" this should point you to the correct location (see below for excerpt).
