I'm curious if someone has a solution or I may submit to the LV Ideas forum.
I'm updating an old LV project and I sure would like an easy means of keeping track of VIs that I have gone through to ensure that they work with the new instruments and processes. For now a means of exporting all VI titles to a spreadsheet would work and then I can mark them as updated or checked for functionality. This would allow me to keep track of where I've been and what has already been checked.
Ideally (for the ideas area), maybe a means right within LV Project that would allow some means of project tracking. It could be another view that would show the project items, allow expansion and contraction and allow the ability to indicate the current status.
As with any large programming effort, I have hundreds of VIs to keep track of.
Thanks for any thoughts.

Hi m3rl3n,
you could employ the bookmarks feature in recent LabVIEW versions together with the bookmark manager!

AWESOME!!! That will work. It still might be helpful to export to project or spreadsheet, but bookmarks will work and I can see a lot of power in them!!
Uh... where was I when this was announced?!?!
