Here is an article on the SPI protocol and how it can be acheived in LabVIEW.

The manual you have linked seems to cover how communication with the device including reading and writing data.

I was not able to find any drivers for you device on our instrument driver network - possibly you could try requesting one.

There are however drivers for other Analog Devices hardware.
