I've converted the MATLAB script from this source:

to a LabVIEW VI.
I've testet it with some aquired data and got the problem that the pValue(as it is called in the .m-script) stays zero although the two data clouds look like they came from similar distributions.
Can someone please have a look on it?
Is it a statistical problem, or is my implementation incorrect?
