2D Array into image with colored Z-Axis

Solved!
Go to solution

G`Day guys,

I`ve got a 2D Array inlcuding the values for a 3D Surface-Graph.

I like to get a 2D picture where die Z-Axis ist interpretated by the color.

I tried on my own, but failed to get the right conversion between the Z-Value and a color.

I suggest I have to modifie the values (range 30000-35000). Probably LabView tries to interpretate the value directly as a color code.

The picture itself has the right dimension (1280*100)´.

The upper graph shows the 3D-Graph feeded with the same information.

Any suggestions how to get the right image?

Thanks 🙂

Here are my VI and the used .lvm. It was written by the "Write into measurement file" VI before.

If your data is intensity data, (not RGB data), then you can wire it directly into an intensity graph. Change the colorbar so that the max is around 35000.
