what is the easiest and fastest way to perform that?

I tried using the equation subvi but I feel like its slowing down my vi.

can someone help me?

Ctrl + Space and search for Power of 10.

Look in the Mathematics palette and drill down to the Exponential.  You'll see a 10^X function.
