I need to use LabVIEW to control a Lego Mindstorms NXT kit--specifically, we need someone at a remote location to have an "In" button and an "Out" button in their LabVIEW VI, such that the lego arm responds to the two commands--but our Mindstorms NXT kits didn't come with any software. I was hoping that I could go right in with LabVIEW (I have the toolkit and its 8.5 patch), but I can't get the device to respond to simple commands (e.g. Play Sound). I did install the 1.02 drivers from the Lego site.
Does anyone know how to test where my problems lie?
