Can anyone tell me how do i create an occupany grid from my ultrasonic sensor data (PWM output)?

Hi Danish,

There are a few examples of creating occupancy grids in LabVIEW.  I'd have a look at the video here, and take a look at the help files for the Occupancy Grid Map VIs to get started.

Interesting.
I am working on DaNI 1.1 with RIO 9631 board. The point is, I have collected the data as an array, but to use it to make a map is where i am lagging. I need to give each cell in the grid a cost, but how do I do so?

Hi Danish,

Thanks for getting back about this one.  There is actually a similar post on the forums here.  There are a few resources linked there that I have suggested, unfortunatly I don't have any practical experience in generating the occupancy array itself, I can use the tools once I have it though 

Hopefully someone with the relevant experience can pick this one up and give you a hand.
