Mi ev3 is not detected when i open the nxt terminal in labview

Hello.i am running labview 2011. I have the nxt robotics module install. But whe n i plug my ev3 an open the nxt terminal, i cant see my lego robot.I dont know what to do since i cant update the firmware from there because i cant even see the lego in the terminal.

What can i do?

Hi,

There are no versions of LabVIEW 2011 which support EV3 hardware. Here, the versions with EV3 support are shown in light blue: https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-15615

Thank you. I tried to install the nxt toolkit in 2013, but it appears a message saying that its a 32 versions and its not going to work, or something similar.

I tried to install it under 2013, but it says i cant install a 32 bits toolkit.Do i have to install the labview version for 32 bits?

You're right, the module is only available for 32-bit versions of LabVIEW
