API Reading Error in LV 2014

I wish to execute a simple API call form openweather. but getting the following error

Works just fine here.

• What country are you connecting from?
• Does it work if you put the same URL in a browser?
• Is LabVIEW allowed to acess the internet? (Check firewall rules and security software settings)

btw, here's slightly simplified code. Works the same way. You only need to escape once, not three times.
