unable to find arduino

I have Windows 7 and labview 2013  and labview interface for Arduino from VI Package manager installed. Upon opening example port constant at Arduino resource was not showing any port (not even port 3 ) and showing only refresh option. So I reinstalled the package of labview interface for Arduino and then it was showing the port no. at which arduino was installed. So the possible reaon for the port no not shown  was if i installed Arduino Compiler software after the arduino package and now corrected so if anyone having similar problem should also try this

Did you install the visa resource? That was my reason before.

I meet the same problem, can you tell me how i can fix it? I use the arduino uno, and i can choose the port in labview, but when I click the run button, it happen a error: Init.vi.  Unable to establish connection with Arduino.  Please ensure that you have selected the correct COM port and that you have flashed the Arduino with the correct firmware.
