Can anybody please tell me how to use analog port and distinguish values of different analog pins using that port?

I suggest you use LINX..  The example Analog read N Channels.VI is included in the installation software.   LIKFA is no longer supported by National Instruments.

Arduio UNO boards have only one ADC, so yes there will be a de;ay between readings.  The conversion rate for Arduiuno Uno boards is approximately 10,000 samples per second.
