make Build Specification dialog not modal and resizeable

I like to compare two build specifications of two different projects.

To do this it would be very helpful, that the build specification dialog box is not modal and that i can open each build spezification of each project at the same time. Resizeable would be also nice.

I've wanted to do this for build specs in the same project before.  Especially when I'm taking over or consulting on code that someone else wrote and didn't document at all.

This is a key feature when building client-server systems.  In those cases, you need two projects (one for client and one for server) but sometimes you need to view the build specs side by side to compare some common portion.

I have had to open one, takes screenshot and paste them in a doc, then open the other spec and referecence the screen shots to copare some complex setup.  This is very cumbersome and does not always work when there are a lot of sub-menus to review.

It would also be nice to build two specs at once from different projects.  They are separate app instances so there is no good reason not to allow this.
