Vision - Add Silver Theme to the Image Display

Right now the only two Image Displays available - Modern and Classic. Please add Silver Display here.

Sure, we can get similar decorations with customization, but it will be very nice to have Silver Display "Out of Box".

In one thread, where I commented that the 3D Graph (and Picture Control BTW) had no silver counterparts, Aristos Queue answered: "it occurs to me that we probably should *copy* those controls from the existing palettes into the Silver". I protested that this is not what we were expecting (the usual "expected" by user versus "intended" by NI conflict), so let's add this to the list...
