UTF Teardown VI should be able to accept inputs from Setup VI

Status: Declined

It is common that a Setup VI is sourcing parameters to the VI Under Test, and those inputs are not wired through to outputs.  In the Setup/Teardown dialog, it is only possible to provide inputs to the Teardown VI that are outputs of the VI under test.  It would be nice if the Teardown VI could also utilize outputs of the Setup VI, or at least controls on the VI under test.  Changing the Advanced > Input/output values setting to "Inclue controls and indicators from front panel as both input and output" has no input on the Setup/Teardown page.

For example, a temporary file created in the Setup VI and passed to the VI under test as a path could be easily cleaned up in the Teardown VI if it had access to the same path.  Currently this path must be transferred through the VI under test or stored in a global/FGV.
