Export Data To TXT , in the Graphs

Status: New

The files with extension (.txt), are one of the most used. But when you want to export data from a graph to a file (.txt), you can not make directly. It would be interesting to have this option.

Not only that, but ANY control's content should be exportable to file/clipboard...

Maybe, similar to the "export simplified image.." dialog, there should only be a "export data..." option that opens a new dialog where we can pick the desired file format, numeric formatting (**see below), include/exclude headers, etc.

** there is still that weird behavior that the data is only saved with a resolution given by the formatting option of the axis. For example if the Y axis markers are formatted with %.1f and your data is e.g. 0.002, it will get truncated in the export. This annoys me once in a while. 😉 We need to be able to overwrite the format or use more reasonable automatic formatting.

I any case, exporting to txt is as simple as exporting to clipboard and pasting into notepad.
