Presently i use the below mentioned snippet for calling a SubVI (with UI) for it to be a part of the Main VI (like an excel sheet) so that i dont see multiple windows in the desktop tool bar.

This is a great idea, I never thought about doing this for a VI's FP, I use to do it only for WinDraw images (because WinDraw images use to take a lot less CPU resources than FP image display).
Now, I'm wandering why you're not using subpanels, is there any advantage of this technique over subpanels?
