Custom icons for buttons loaded programmatically

LabVIEW buttons are not easy to customize. You have to click ~20 times to create nice button with Mouse Over event (which is standard in every desktop software you are using currently). If your software has different color schemes, there is no way to change button icon during runtime.

I'd like to propose another property of button:

Now button could be stored inside the application or data folder as png or in tdms file and changed dynamically for different colour schemes.

Mouse over icon should be expanded for all buttons (currently they are only in system buttons).

LabVIEW Next Gen Preview seems to implement this feature (although in a not very attractive design if you're asking for my opinion), not just for buttons.
