Build process - More information at initializing build stage

On large projects the executable build process status information doesn't give any idea of what is happening. Sometimes it can take several minutes (as indicated) before moving onto the next stage. During this time it would be nice to see more details of what is happening in the background even if it was just a file name that it is currently processing.

The same for the compiling stage, maybe?
