Bookmark Manager improvements

I would like to see a few improvements to the BM:

• parse only text fields that actually start with a # at position 0 (not displaying fields that have the # somewhere in the middle)
• display tags case-insensitiv

I see that the actual work is done in the "Get VI Bookmarks" Invoke Node, thus it may not be trivial to add such features.

That would be a break of existing behavior. We could not make that change at this point without leaving a bunch of customers with stranded hashtags that suddenly didn't show up.

We did investigate and reject that suggestion when we created the BM in the first place.

We could add a checkbox to the BM to toggle that display behavior. That would not break existing users.
