Review:
If you are interested in learning how to use Agile software development processes to manage your projects this is a great place to start. The book focuses on "Scrum", which is one particular type of Agile. No previous experience is required. The book is not written for a particular language. The focus is on delivering working software that the customer wants. The book talks about the Core Principles of Scrum, the various Roles in the Scrum Team, Planning and Sprinting.
I found the sections on "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" to be particularly useful in my work. In the former you make sure that what you are going to develop is well understood and you can test the final product to make sure it meets specific requirements. The latter tells you when the feature is complete.
