serial.vi in smplserl.llb makes error code: 1073807202

Dear sir/madam
Hi.
I am working with labview7 and serial port in winXP. But I have a problem , serial.vi is not executable and I have an error with 1073807202 number.What should I do ?
It is noticable that I haven`t any problem in win 98 with labview6 .I am thankful for your consideration on this matter.

The error code means that VISA is not installed. The old serial drivers were replaced with VISA.
