please see the attached file
I think it dont need to convert string to decimal.

You are probably right, the Acquire Waveform VI will probably have extracted the correct data.
I take it there is a continuous waveform visible on the scope screen when you run this VI?

Dear Ray Farmer
Thank you again.
Yes, in my oscilloscope screen I can see continuous waveform.
Also, when I use a probe in labview, probe show data correctly in Y-Axsis. (X-Axsis (time) is always=0 but Y-Axsis is changing)
for example
x=0 y=-1.4
after nest sample again
x=0 y=-0.8
again
x=0 y=-.6
etc

well your time valve should be changing, all your point are at zero, hence the reason why you can not see a waveform.
I can not see what's in the Acquire Waveform.vi at the moment because I dont have that driver so I dont know why you dont have a time parameters.

Dear Ray Farmer
Thank you again
I use Labview 8.2 and NI VISA 5. I download Tektronix TDS 200 1000 2000 Series Oscilloscope driver from
In this page I read, Application Development Environment (LabVIEW 8.2.1 Upgrade) and NI-VISA 3.2.
Do you think I must to use Labview 8.2.1 and NI VISA 3.2?
Best regards

Dear Albert Geven
Thank you for helping
However, I have another problem.
I use Tektronix TDS 1002b and I want to read data from oscilloscope but any data could not be show in graph in my VI.
Time is constant in my VI and not changing.

Dear Ray Farmer
Please see attachement.
I use waveform output.
Y output has a scaller not vector when I run program. But for waveform gragh Y must be vector.
Best regards

that means you have only acquired one point.
Is it possible to capture the display off the scope with a digital camera showing the waveform you are trying to capture and post it here?
Can you capture the data using NI Spy and post the recorded data file here?

Please find the attached file.
A video from Sin wavefrom on osiloscope and capture data using NI I/O trace.
