Hi,
 
 
 my problem is that i use a pxi 1000B  with 8 serial ports but all the ports are "unknow " in Measurement & Automation Explorer, and i don't know why...
Can you help me and give the reasons of my problems

Hi,

What is the driver's version do you have installed on the controller (VISA, SERIAL...)? Which PXI-board are you using? Normally, if you installed the driver correctly, you must be able to see serial ports in MAX as COMX.

Try changing the slot of the board or upgrade driver's version.
