problem with Rohde & Schawarz IVI driver

I have a Rohde & Schawarz NGPT07 power supply and When I try to inizialize the instrument by IVI driver, the driver send me an error (Timeout expired before operation completed).
I get IVI driver version 2.2, but the problem it's always present.

Hi,

this is the Web Page where you can download the IVI Instrument Driver for your Triple Power Supply.
This is an IVI Driver. To make it work you need to make sure you have correctly configured the IVI Logical Names, drivers and sessions from within MAX in order to make it work from LabVIEW.
Follow the instructions on this Knowledgebase to make sure the configuration is correct.
After this, you should be able to use the IVI Driver together with the configured Logical Name with no problem.
