A win16 application generated with Labwindows CVI 3.1 doesn't work under windows 2000.
I get a 0xBFFF0000 error with viopen.
The board is a PCI-GPIB one. With MAX I can see and dialog with the Hp34401a multimeter.
I tried to run with ni488.2 version 1.7 and 2.2 without success.
I did compile again the application - no more success.
What can I do then ?
Note : in the project I don't see how the visa.dll has been linked. With the ni488.2 there is no header file for visas dll so I did use the visa.h that was already in the project.
