Instrument Control (GPIB, Serial, VISA, IVI)

I just installed multisim 11.0.2. The program loaded up but all of the icons are out of place. I thought the instrument toolbar was non-existant but it is actually there. It' just an empty window maybe 60pixels wide that you cannot widen. I tried repairing the program and even freshly reinstalling it. Nothing worked. The instruments don't load up and the icons are messed up. I need access to wattmeters and multimeters to complete some of my assignments. I'm running multisim on windows 7 with an HP pavilion dv7 laptop. Please Help!!
