I apologize for the inconvenience! Due to the enormous number of spam email that we were receiving, we had to change the email address to instrument.drivers@ni.com ("drivers" instead of "driver"). Most of our pages on IDNet (Instrument Driver Network) list this new email address at the bottom of the page.
