how to link MCIB.LIB to my project in borland C 4.52

im trying to run a .ide file for 16 bits application via the borland C++ 4.52 complier. I have inserted decl.h in my application program. I have also added the mcib.lib as the new node in my project. I try linking the project and it says linking error with MCIB.LIb. Any anyone advice me on the matter
