error #89 through PWR/RDY LED signalling

I'm using this hardware (only this) on a Red Hat Linux 9.0 operating system. It
failed locating IP address through DHCP mode and manually as well. It signals error
#89 according to the way the PWR/READY LED flashes.

Tjatji,

Can you go through the exact steps that you are doing to get this error code to appear? Does it appear every time you plug in the unit and turn it on, or only when you try to configure it or use it from your Linux box? This could be a bad GPIB-ENET/100, but I'd like more information before we look into an RMA.
