drivers for at-gpib under windows xp pro edition

Can I find the drivers for an at-gpib wich works under windows xp home edition????In the NI lists these drivers are tagged as obsolete...
..in this case there are some similar drivers wich works???

I'm using v1.7 of the driver for an ISA card - works no problems.

but my machine cannot see the hrdware and I tried with ni-488.2 v.1.7 but it didn't work...did you set some particular features of your pc???
