My application is to control different pins of serial port for isp programming.how to access these using labview7.

A VISA property node will do the trick. Get one from the Instrument I/O>VISA>VISA Advanced palette. First right click and select Change Allto Write. Then, right click and select Properties>Modem Line Settings. There are only two output pins that you can control - DTR and RTS.
