I do not think so. I've checked the NI-XNET Hardware and Software Manual that you can find here:

And also I went thre LabVIEW functions and C API functions that are avaliable in Manual after you install NI-XNET drivers, typically in c:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\NI-XNET\Documentation\,
but unfortunetally there are few function that returns the status of CRC, but no way how you can influence the CRC while you are sending the new frame over the CAN.
