What's the minimum amount of SW to run a GPIB application?

I have a visual basic program that uses the national 488.2 V1.7
software and drivers in WIN98SE on a PCII/PCIIA combo card.

I need to load my 65KByte program, the
national DLL, maybe an ini file with the GPIB card setup info.
What else to I need for one dedicated application?

Is there a cookbook on software deployment? I have control of the
system, so it only has to be idiot-proof for one idiot.

Stated another way, do I need
all 54MEGABYTES of stuff in the NI software distribution???

Hello Mike,

Unfortunately there is no Run Time Engine version for the 488.2 driver. Said so, yes, you need the whole driver in each computer were you are installing your application.
