Microcontroller(like arduino) is connected to PC.And i want to programme it from far end PC(Through internet)..Is it possible to develope this kind of application in LabVIEW ? I am ready to do hardwork...suggest me what kind of tools needed in Labview ...How can i start?

There are already various software programs on the market that allows  you to remotely control one PC from another PC.

You are right but i dnt want to give whole control of PC to others and this type of software require password both side..I want to allow others to use only hardware kit(microcontroller).So they can program it ..
