VISA file write works on 32 bit WIN 7 but not 64 bit

I don't have Labview installed on the 64 bit machine. It's on my 32 bit machine

Then why are you saying it doesn't work on the 64-bit pc? Did you do a build? You can still do a trace.

I made an installer and put an executable on the 64 bit machine. You are saying I can run a trace on an executable, not just source code??

You can download NI I/O Trace from the following link and install it on your 64-bit machine.

The I/O trace monitors VISA calls and it does not know or care if the calls come from an exe or a development system.

I have captured the traces for each computer and have tried to attach them but the blog errors out when I try to post the message
