I just tested reading 23,492,504 bytes without any problems. I used LabVIEWs TCP/IP VIs to create a TCP server that just wrote the contents of a file out my port 8. Then I created a TCP Raw Socket in MAX and used LabVIEW again to create a really simple VI. It has a VISA Open, VISA Read To File, and a VISA Close. The two applications transfer the file in seconds without any problems and the two binary files are exact. I would suggest that you create a very simple VISA application like mine. If you use the VISA Read instead of the VISA Read to File I would suggest that you change the VISA Reads from
Asynchronous to Synchronous.
