there are a few reasons why this might be happening.
- Your instrument does not have the latest firmware.
- That functionality is only supported on the 720 (the other model
supported by the driver)
- There is a problem with the sequence of commands you are using.
for troubleshooting:
- Are you getting any errors? If you haven't been using error
handling, run NI-Spy in the background to see what is going on.

- Check instrument's user manual to make sure that functionality is
supported in the instrument's remote command set.
- Contact the Tektronics to make sure you are using the right series
