Serial_Communication.vi don't want work

Hello Members.

I try to use serial_communication.vi at LabView7Express-Student-Edition (I use it at home for privat, not commercial) to communicate with a Modem on COM1.

Well, I get everytime a error code 1073807202. Means "A code library required by VISA could not be located or loaded.".
My question, which library is necessary to establish VISA session with a COM-Port and where I can download it.

You need NI-VISA.
